Stella for 2600 emulation and Magic Engine for TurboGrafx. Kega Fusion seems to have the same setup, though, unfortunately. It's a nice emu, but I don't like the fact that you have to first exit fullscreen mode before you can exit the emulator or select another ROM, it makes setting things up so that I don't have to use the keyboard really complicated. I use Gens+ for Master System and Genesis emulation, as well, by the way.

It also seems to have more video setting options, which is good because it takes a lot of tweaking to get the picture just right in an emulator.
